This role offers excellent promotion prospects and involves working across a diverse range of legal areas including Residential and Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution, and Employment Law.Day-to-day of the role:Handle property disputes including ownership disputes, right of way disputes, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, and right to manage claims.Manage Landlord and Tenant disputes for both residential and commercial properties, including possession/eviction proceedings and lease renewal proceedings.Address Probate Disputes such as inheritance claims and will validity claims.Oversee miscellaneous cases including debt recovery/repayment and building disputes.Engage with clients to provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, and represent them in legal proceedings.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified litigation solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.Capable of working autonomously under supervision.Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.Able to meet departmental billing targets.Experience in handling a wide range of litigation ..... full job details .....
