About the Role
A Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE is sought by an established law firm for its London office. This full-time role offers a salary between £45,000 and £60,000, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on residential and commercial property disputes, managing a varied caseload that includes landlord and tenant matters, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, service charge disagreements, and leasehold management issues. Property Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, London, £45,000+ (DOE) - An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join its growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced partners on a broad range of high-quality property disputes while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative environment. THE ROLE:
• You will advise a diverse client base on a wide variety of residential and commercial property disputes.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters, service charge disputes and leasehold management issues, possession proceedings and forfeiture claims and boundary disputes, rights of way, easements and restrictive covenants
• Working closely with experienced partners, you will take responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the property litigation team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions or other leasehold property work would be advantageous
• Confidence managing files independently from instruction through to conclusion
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• A commercially minded approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the department
