Solicitor - Dispute ResolutionShrewsbury Hybrid WorkingLegal 500 Ranked Team£45,000 - £54,000+ plus Bonus and Free ParkingAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution team based in the Shrewsbury office.This role is ideally suited to newly qualified solicitors up to four years'' PQE who are looking to build a long term career specialising in commercial dispute resolution. You will work on a broad range of high quality matters with the support and guidance of an experienced and well regarded team.The RoleYou will:Manage a varied caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters under supervision, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, and property litigationAssist senior solicitors and partners on complex and high value commercial and property litigation mattersBuild strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external providersDevelop and maintain technical knowledge within commercial and property dispute resolutionContribute to business development activities, including networking and article preparationbout YouNewly qualified up to four years'' PQECommercial dispute resolution experience preferred, though for NQs this is advantageous rather than essential, at least one litigation seat during training would be expectedConfident, personable, and commercially awareStrong client focused approach with excellent communication skillsAble to manage workload ..... full job details .....
