NQ Property Litigation Solicitor About the Opportunity A well-regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or trainee approaching qualification to join a supportive and growing disputes team, advising on a broad range of property-related matters for a diverse client base. The Role You will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, working closely with experienced lawyers across the team. Your work is likely to include: • Adverse possession and boundary disputes • Rights of way, nuisance claims and restrictive covenants • Landlord and tenant disputes • Enforcement of charging orders and other interests over land You will gain exposure to matters from an early stage and play an active role in progressing cases. About You The firm is seeking: • A Newly Qualified Solicitor or trainee approaching qualification • Experience of litigation and/or property matters during training • Strong drafting and communication skills • A genuine interest in property litigation Why Apply?
