An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join the expanding dispute resolution team of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Greater Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Director, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality litigation matters while playing an integral role in the continued growth of a close-knit and supportive team. The Role
Working closely with an experienced senior lawyer, you'll manage your own caseload while assisting on more complex and high-value disputes across a variety of sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
• Handling employment-related disputes where required.
• Managing professional negligence claims.
• Assisting with fraud and complex contentious matters.
• Developing strong client relationships by providing practical, commercially focused advice.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional standard of client service.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the litigation team.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who can demonstrate:
A minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation.
Experience handling a varied contentious caseload.
Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach with the ambition to continue developing your litigation expertise.
