The Role You will manage a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, advising a diverse client base that includes SMEs, owner-managed businesses, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals. Your work will include: Contractual and shareholder disputes Partnership and business ownership disputes Professional negligence claims Debt recovery and enforcement matters Injunctive relief applications Commercial and property-related disputes Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and supporting the continued growth of the team.
