Litigation Legal Secretary

to join their busy and friendly litigation team.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to our litigation solicitors and fee earners

Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms

Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings

Handling telephone calls and email enquiries, ensuring excellent client care

File management including digital dictation, filing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with courts, counsel, experts, and clients as required

Assisting with billing, time recording, and other financial processes

About You

Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within litigation or dispute resolution

Strong typing and digital dictation skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems

Organised, efficient, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive team player with a professional and approachable manner
