We are looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Litigation Executive to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a proactive and dynamic business that is expanding due to continued success.

As a Litigation Executive, you will manage a litigated caseload of credit hire claims with panel solicitors, overseeing the settlement of credit hire, credit repair, and any related heads of claim.

Litigation Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Review and risk assess credit hire claims referred from the Recoveries team, identifying prospects for litigation and achieving positive outcomes in line with policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare clear and concise instructions and litigation packs for panel solicitors, ensuring claims are issued promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders, keeping all parties informed throughout the claims process.
• Record and manage documentation and correspondence accurately, ensuring files are compliant, up to date, and meet court deadlines.
• Support panel solicitors during litigation, including investigating disputes, meeting deadlines, negotiating settlements, and making informed decisions to secure successful outcomes.
• Gather and prepare supporting evidence such as witness statements, photographs, CCTV footage, and other documentation to strengthen claims and accelerate settlement.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the department.
• Carry out thorough investigations into claim circumstances, including liability assessment and quantum evaluation.
