This role provides advanced technical support across service operations, including complex fault-finding, technical repairs, and support for field engineers. The successful candidate will work independently while ensuring lift equipment remains safe, reliable and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.Provide technical support to service and repair engineers.Attend difficult breakdowns and recurring faults requiring specialist expertise.Carry out repairs, adjustments and component replacements.Test equipment following repairs and confirm safe return to service.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings and manufacturers'' documentation.Identify defective components and provide accurate repair/replacement recommendations.Complete job sheets, technical reports and customer documentation.Liaise professionally with customers, site contacts and engineering teams.Ensure all work complies with relevant lift regulations, health and safety requirements and company procedures.Travel throughout London and surrounding areas.Candidate ..... full job details .....
