This role provides advanced technical support across service operations, including complex fault-finding, technical repairs and support for engineers in the field. The successful candidate will work independently while ensuring lift equipment remains safe, reliable and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.Provide technical support to service, repair and installation engineers.Attend difficult breakdowns and recurring faults requiring specialist expertise.Carry out repairs, adjustments and component replacements.Test equipment following repairs and confirm safe return to service.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings and manufacturers'' documentation.Identify defective components and recommend repairs or replacement.Provide technical guidance and on-site support to engineers.Complete job sheets, technical reports and customer documentation.Liaise professionally with customers, site contacts and engineering teams.Ensure compliance with lift and escalator regulations and health and safety requirements.Travel throughout ..... full job details .....
