About the Role:

• Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience with a strong track record in effective classroom support
• Committed to supporting and empowering young learners to achieve their full potential
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable in responding to the evolving needs of the classroom environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that foster a genuine enthusiasm for learning
• Provide targeted 1:1 support to pupils needing additional guidance, offering patience, encouragement, and tailored interventions
• Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every student feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive
• Promote creativity and independent thinking, encouraging students to explore their potential and build confidence in their abilities
