The Role:
We''re looking for Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants who can hit the ground running. You''ll be a key part of the teaching team, helping to shape a positive and inclusive classroom experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that spark curiosity and excitement
Offering dedicated 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra guidance
Helping maintain a calm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Encouraging independent thinking and building confidence through meaningful interaction
What We''re Looking For:
A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
Proven classroom experience supporting learners of varied abilities
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with pupils and staff
