Are you passionate about supporting young childrenandrsquo;s learning and development£ Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, forward-thinking school in Croxley Green this January 2025.

Position Overview:

• Location: Croxley Green, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: January 2025
• Salary: Starting from andpound;85 per day, dependent on experience
• Contract Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with the schoolandrsquo;s curriculum
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to meet individual childrenandrsquo;s developmental needs
• Assist in planning and implementing creative, engaging learning activities
• Encourage a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe, monitor, and report on childrenandrsquo;s progress to inform planning and next steps
• Assist with classroom preparation and general day-to-day early years activities

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Previous experience supporting children in an early years setting
• A passion for helping young children thrive and develop
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive, flexible team player
