Level 3 Teaching Assistant - EYFS Full-Time September 2026 Start Aspire People Aspire People are currently working in partnership with a welcoming primary school seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2026 .The school is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic individual who has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and enjoys supporting children during the early stages of their education. This is a long-term opportunity with the chance to become a valued member of the school community. The Role: Supporting teaching and learning within Nursery or Reception Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions to support early development Assisting with phonics, early maths, communication, and language activities Encouraging learning through play and child-led activities Supporting children''s social, emotional, and personal development Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team The Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Has recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework Experience delivering targeted interventions Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Aspire People?
