Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3-5 (07:30-17:30)
• Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour management
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistent support between home and school
• Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare
• Strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• A commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND
