The Role:

• Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Assisting in the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Supporting pupils'' social, emotional, and educational development
• Working closely with teachers and support staff

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent Early Years qualification) - essential
• Previous experience within an Early Years setting in a primary school
• A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
