Aspire People are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Manchester. Schools are now back and we''re seeing a range of support staff requirements, from general classroom support through to targeted interventions and 1:1 work. We''re particularly interested in Level 3 practitioners who have recent UK school experience and can confidently support pupils both academically and pastorally. Your Responsibilities May Include: Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support Delivering Reading, Phonics, English and Maths interventions Supporting pupils with SEND Assisting teachers with lesson preparation Supporting differentiated learning Monitoring pupil progress Feeding back to teaching staff Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines Encouraging pupil independence and confidence Working alongside teachers and wider support staff The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Recent UK primary school experience Experience delivering interventions Good knowledge of the primary curriculum Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Patient, proactive and reliable approach Experience supporting SEND or SEMH pupils would be ..... full job details .....
