Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Experienced PractitionerNorth Manchester Full-Time Long-Term Aspire PeopleAspire People are currently recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Early Years Practitioner for a primary school in the Harpurhey / Blackley area of North Manchester.We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have already worked professionally within EYFS and are confident taking responsibility for groups of children, leading activities and supporting children''s individual development.The Role: Supporting children within Nursery and Early Years Taking responsibility for a group of children as a key person Planning and leading engaging learning activities Supporting phonics, communication and language development Supporting early maths and wider curriculum activities Helping children develop independence and confidence Supporting children with individual learning and development needs Monitoring children''s development and contributing to observations Supporting daily routines and transitions Working closely with the class teacher to provide consistent support Contributing to the organisation and development of the EYFS environmentThe Ideal Candidate: Recognised Level 3 Early Years / Teaching Assistant qualification Strong previous experience within an EYFS or Nursery setting Confident working independently with groups of children Experience planning or leading activities Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS ..... full job details .....
