The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children''s individual development, create engaging learning opportunities, and help maintain a positive environment where every child feels valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
• Support children''s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Promote inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities throughout the nursery
• Support daily routines and contribute to the effective running of the setting

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years practice
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s development
