Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary £28k - £33k (DOE) Job Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our early years team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0 5 years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Childcare and Learning Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Support children''s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. Encourage children''s independence, confidence, and creativity through play-based learning. Observe, assess, and record children''s progress, contributing to learning journals and development reports. Ensure all children have equal opportunities to learn and participate. Qualifications Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent recognised qualification. GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (desirable). Experience Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting. Knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS framework. Experience observing, assessing, and recording children''s development.
