The Role

Candidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years practice
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children''s development
