About the role and school

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets from September 2026. This Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role will sit within the school''s Early Years provision, supporting young children as they develop their communication, independence and early learning skills.

The school offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through a combination of structured activities and purposeful play. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with the wider EYFS team to create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.

This Level 3 Nursery Practitioner opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys helping young children develop confidence and positive relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Support children''s learning through play and structured activities as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
• Assist with delivering engaging Early Years activities
• Support children''s communication, language and personal development
• Observe and contribute to assessments of children''s progress
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Work closely with teachers, practitioners and families

Qualifications/Experience

• CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent is essential
• Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
