Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

About the Role:
Prospero Teaching are working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Birkenhead that is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to supporting young children''s development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
• Support children''s learning and development through play-based activities.
• Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging early years activities.
• Observe, monitor, and record children''s development in line with EYFS guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
