Level 3 Early Years Specialist

The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Specialist, you will: Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play. Support children''s social, emotional, language and physical development. Observe, assess and record children''s progress in line with EYFS requirements. Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and parents. Encourage independence, confidence and curiosity in young learners. Support children with a range of abilities and individual needs. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare. Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
