Level 3 Early Years Specialist

We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school seeking a Level 3 Early Years Specialist to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team. The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Specialist, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Support children''s social, emotional, language and physical development.
• Observe, assess and record children''s progress in line with EYFS requirements.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and parents.
• Encourage independence, confidence and curiosity in young learners.
• Support children with a range of abilities and individual needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and families.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
