We partner with East Manchester Teaching School and others to support Early Career Teachers.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Early Years Childcare and EducationImplement and deliver the EYFS curriculum aligned with children’s interests and developmental needs.Maintain accurate records and assessments, including progress and behavioral reports.Work within the EYFS framework and Ofsted guidelines, and follow recommendations from inspections.Adhere to setting policies and procedures.Provide individual care and attention to each child, promoting health and well-being.Act as a Key Person, planning routines and activities to meet children''s needs, and support colleagues in this role.Communicate regularly with parents and carers about children’s progress and encourage parental involvement.Be aware of children’s special educational needs and disabilities, collaborating with staff and external agencies for support.Work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies where appropriate.Promote positive behavior and attitudes, managing conflicts promptly and encouraging responsibility.Undertake additional duties as directed by management.Attend staff meetings outside normal hours.Purpose of the Role:Provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children.Maintain a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment.Job Types: Full-time, ApprenticeshipBenefits:Discounted or free foodDiscounted ChildcareEmployee mentoring programmeFree ..... full job details .....
