We collaborate with East Manchester Teaching School and other providers to support Early Career Teachers.Main Duties and Responsibilities include:Implementing and delivering the EYFS curriculum aligned with children’s interests and developmental needs.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and assessments of children’s progress and behaviour.Working within the EYFS framework and Ofsted guidelines, implementing recommendations from inspections.Adhering to setting policies and procedures.Providing individual care and attention to children, promoting their health and well-being.Acting as a Key Person for a group of children, planning routines and activities accordingly, and supporting colleagues in this role.Liaising with parents and carers about children’s progress and encouraging parental involvement.Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities, collaborating with external agencies as needed.Promoting positive behaviour and values, managing conflicts promptly, and encouraging responsibility.Undertaking additional duties as directed by management, attending staff meetings outside normal hours.Purpose of the Role:Providing inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children.Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children.Job Types: Full-time, ApprenticeshipBenefits:Free FoodDiscounted ChildcareEmployee mentoring programmeFree ..... full job details .....
