As we scale our portfolio, we''re looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join the team. For the right applicant, there is a genuine opportunity to progress within the business as we continue to grow.The RoleThis is a full end-to-end lettings role. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, booking and conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, and getting deals over the line. Once a tenancy is agreed, you will hand over to our tenancy progression team.In addition to lettings, you will carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs across our managed portfolio.Please note: This role involves a significant amount of driving to appointments across the North West on a daily basis using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard HMRC rate. A full UK driving licence is essential.This role includes working every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu during the week.Your day-to-day will include:Handling inbound and outbound enquiries and booking viewingsConducting viewings across the North WestQualifying applicants and managing the application processNegotiating and agreeing tenanciesCarrying out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outsMaintaining ..... full job details .....
