Daily management of applicantsGenerate and conduct viewings in a professional mannerEnsure landlords are up to date on all mattersNegotiate offersCollect holding deposits and tenancy moniesOversee tenant referencing and right to rent checksOversee all legal compliance on agreed offersProvide high levels of customer serviceQualifications / Experience
