Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Dual Role - ClaphamDove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well known independent estate agency specialising in residential Sales and Lettings in Clapham. They are searching for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a highly driven London sales or lettings agent or graduate who is looking to develop their skills within a successful office.Responsibilities

Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiriesArranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants and buyersProviding detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to successfully garner offersQualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involvedBuilding strong relationships with landlords, vendors, prospective and existing tenants and buyers and colleaguesCompleting the appropriate paperwork to create a smooth lettings and sales processManaging the lettings and sales process from offer to move inRequirements

Experience as a sales or lettings negotiator would be preferredA proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targetsMust be well spoken and well presentedExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong IT skillsSalary and Hours

Salary budgets: £20,000 - £30,000 basic salary DOE, £45,000 - £60,000 OTERequired working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3/4 Saturdays (5 day working week)Application and Notes
