Lettings Assistant Manager
to help steer our team toward continued growth and excellence in one of London’s most competitive and rewarding markets. In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and play a key part in exceeding branch targets. Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day lettings operations and mentor team members to achieve branch targets.
Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings aligned with their needs.
Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies; market properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Support the team to achieve KPIs and assist colleagues in the manager\''s absence.
Focus on generating new and repeat business; canvass the local area.
Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills
Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
Strong teamwork and ability to create a positive working environment
Experience leading others in a professional setting
Outstanding customer service and the ability to work on own initiative
Excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
Attention to detail and understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
