Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond where necessary, confident and friendly and possess excellent organisational skills.You will be primary support to our busy lettings team.Full training will be provided.Duties

General letting administration, such as creating property adverts, taking enquiries, processing reference checks, drafting contracts etc.Taking calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesyProviding landlords and tenants with adviceArranging for certificates to be renewedArranging viewingsQualifications
