What You ll Be Doing Taking the lead in the day-to-day running of the branch with the support of our Area Manager and Company Director. Growing the business by generating new landlord enquiries and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Overseeing property repairs, maintenance, and compliance. Getting creative with social media and marketing strategies to boost brand presence and listings. Using your lettings software experience to manage workflow efficiently and support the wider team. What We Are Looking For A strong background in lettings with a deep understanding of the Ayrshire market. A proven track record in property whether you re already managing or feel ready to take that step. Hands-on experience with lettings software (essential).
