We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Letting Agent who’s ready to step up into a Branch Manager role with one of Ayrshire’s most well-established and respected letting agencies.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who knows the local market inside out, thrives on building relationships, and is eager to take that next leap into leadership and business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking the lead in the day-to-day running of the branch with the support of our Area Manager and Company Director.
• Growing the business by generating new landlord enquiries and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Overseeing property repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
• Getting creative with social media and marketing strategies to boost brand presence and listings.
• Using your lettings software experience to manage workflow efficiently and support the wider team.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong background in lettings with a deep understanding of the Ayrshire market.
• A proven track record in property – whether you’re already managing or feel ready to take that step.
• Hands-on experience with lettings software (essential).
• Confidence in working independently while also being a supportive team player.
• Ambition, initiative, and the drive to make a role your own.
