Leisure Team Leader - Hayling Island - Hayling Island, Hampshire Job Type: Full Time - Seasonal Key Responsibilities: Ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all guests and owners who visit the pool. Leading shifts and undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary. Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries, and managed efficiently and professionally. Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures where required. Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service. Experience Required: 1-2 years working in a busy pool environment (desirable) All applicants must hold a valid NPLQ Qualification Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
