Production Team LeaderLocation: Chichester, West Sussex (with occasional travel to Bognor Regis) Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll be responsible for motivating, supporting and developing a team of Quality Inspectors while ensuring production and quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Shift Manager, you''ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and resolving issues quickly to minimise disruption.This role is primarily based in Chichester, with occasional travel to the company''s site in Bognor Regis.Shift patterns (Rotations)Monday to Friday - 5:30am to 2:15pm/ 2:15pm to 11:15pmKey ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and support a team of 5-10 Quality Inspectors (larger teams during busy periods)Allocate work and organise daily prioritiesEnsure all team members have the correct PPE, equipment and materials to carry out inspectionsMonitor quality standards and ensure work is completed in line with customer requirementsWork closely with supervisors to resolve production and quality issues quicklySupport the creation of work instructions, risk assessments and other quality documentationCarry out quality inspections alongside your team when requiredWhat We''re Looking ForWe''re keen to speak with candidates who have:Previous experience leading or supervising a team within a manufacturing or quality environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsA proactive approach with ..... full job details .....
