Search Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and established Law Firm in Aberdeen to recruit a Legal Secretary on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive team, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners across the firm.

• Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation, correspondence and reports
• Audio and digital dictation typing on a daily basis
• Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
• Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Opening and maintaining client files in accordance with firm procedures
• Liaising with clients, courts, property centres and third parties where required
• Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate electronic records
• Assisting solicitors with general administration and case management tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a legal practice
• Experience within Residential Conveyancing, Private Client, Family or Litigation would be advantageous
• Excellent typing and document production skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
