The firm is known for its strong team culture, flexible working approach and commitment to training and development.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Production and AdministrationCopy and audio typing of legal documentationTranscribing, formatting and proof-reading documentsConverting PDFs into Word and applying house styleManaging dictation workflowsOrganising printing, scanning and photocopyingDrafting correspondence to clients, HMRC, HMLR and other solicitorsFile and Matter ManagementOpening and closing files, including client due diligence and electronic searchesCompiling and indexing sales packsPreparing lease and deed summariesScheduling deeds and arranging retrieval from storagePreparing basic reports on title and replies to standard enquiriesLand Registry and Post-CompletionPreparing and submitting Land Registry applicationsDrafting standard forms (e.g. AP1, TR1)Responding to requisitionsRequesting office copies, searches and map enquiriesDrafting notices of transfer/charge and deeds of covenantManaging post-completion formalitiesFinancial and Billing SupportPreparing invoices and payment requests (BACS/TT)Checking ..... full job details .....
