Legal Counsel 75,000 - 85,000 Hybrid/Remote (UK) My client, a fast-growing international organisation, is seeking a Legal Counsel (Contracts and Compliance) to join their expanding legal team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to play a key role in supporting legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on commercial contracts, compliance and risk management. ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including client contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs and licensing arrangementsManage the contract lifecycle, ensuring key obligations, renewals and contractual risks are effectively monitoredProvide legal support during commercial proposals and tender processesAssist with the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and proceduresSupport compliance across areas including data protection, anti-bribery and regulatory requirementsConduct legal research and provide advice on a variety of commercial and corporate mattersLiaise with external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions where requiredMaintain legal documentation, templates and knowledge management systemsWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to minimise legal risk and support business objectives SkillsQualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification experienceExperience drafting and negotiating commercial contractsStrong understanding of compliance and ..... full job details .....
