Senior Legal Counsel - Transformation and Governance

Your new company A global technology and consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Legal and Governance SME to support a high-profile transformation programme on a 3-month contract in a mostly remote capacity, with an ad hoc presence in London.Working as part of a strategic design and transformation initiative, you will play a key role in assessing current legal and governance operating models, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of future-state frameworks and processes.
