Key Responsibilities:As a vital member of the team, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:Providing proactive communication to keep clients, third parties, partners, and other conveyancers updated on progress.Delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.Assisting fee earners/solicitors in managing their caseloads effectively.Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.Setting up and closing files with precision and attention to detail.Handling interactions with Land Registry, mortgage lenders, and search providers.Preparing and issuing client care letters and contract packs.Assisting with completions and managing post-completion matters.Meeting clients to conduct initial ID checks.Managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions efficiently.
