Please find some details below: Location: London - Hybrid (ad hoc - mostly remote) IR35 Status: PAYE via Umbrella company only Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Legal and Governance SME to support a strategic design and transformation initiative over a 3-month engagement. The role requires a strong Legal, Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional capable of supporting operating model design, governance frameworks, process transformation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory activities across legal and governance functions. The SME will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help assess current-state challenges, define target operating models, support transformation activities, and provide expertise across legal operations, governance, risk, controls, and compliance-related topics. This role is suited for a hands-on and pragmatic professional with strong communication skills, transformation experience, and the ability to operate in complex and evolving environments.
