Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Mathematics to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture team. This is a permanent, full time position with a salary ranging from £31,633 (T1) up to £45,341 (T11), depending on qualifications and experience. You will work with post 16 learners, helping them develop the numerical, problem solving and analytical skills they need to succeed in GCSE or Functional Skills Maths.You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that support learners with a wide range of starting points and experiences. Working closely with Learning Support Assistants, you will adapt your teaching so that every student can take part and make progress.You will use assessment to understand where learners are, address gaps in their knowledge and help them improve over time.
