Health and Social Care LecturerJob Type: Full-time and Part-timeLocation: West LondonSalary Range: £32,429 to £46,618 (Dependent on Experience and Qualifications FTE)We are seeking dedicated full-time and part-time Lecturers in Health and Social Care. The part-time position is for 3 days per week, expected to be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in nursing or a related area, who are passionate about teaching and have up-to-date clinical experience in the Health or Social Care sector.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Health and Social Care subjects to a diverse group of students.Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure an effective learning environment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject matter and integrate the latest industry trends into the curriculum.Assess and evaluate students'' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.Provide academic and pastoral support to students as needed.Participate in curriculum development activities and staff meetings to discuss best practices and continuous improvement in teaching methods.Required Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Nursing or a related area.Some teaching or training experience in a relevant field.Up-to-date clinical experience gained within the Health or Social Care sector.Ability to teach Health and Science subjects effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
