12 Months Fixed term Contract (Maternity Cover)Part Time (0.2)The Commercial Industries and Access School at Kingston College is seeking a professionally accredited registered psychotherapist and/or counsellor. The School requires a qualified practitioner to teach on our Level 4 Adult part time day (Tuesdays and/or Thursdays), but may also include teaching across other Counselling programmes, including Levels 2, 3, and Level 5 (Wednesdays).You''ll take responsibility for teaching, marking and providing tutorial support for Counselling courses and you''ll contribute to all aspects of the work of the Section/School and this will include occasional ''out of hours'' activities (such as selection days, interviews, and open events).As our Lecturer, we''d like you to hold a professional qualification to practice in Counselling or Psychotherapy (minimum L6 Diploma or Honours Degree), be a practicing member/accredited of BACP, UKCP or an equivalent professional body (or willing to gain this), with 3 year''s post qualification experience.
