Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming front-of-house service.Build strong relationships with residents and becoming a trusted point of contact.Support resident events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.Assist with move-ins, move-outs, apartment visits, and day-to-day resident support.Resolve queries and complaints positively and efficiently.
