In this fast-paced and varied role, you''ll be the face of the community, conducting apartment viewings, converting enquiries into successful lettings, supporting resident events, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. You''ll work closely with residents, contractors, suppliers and colleagues to deliver seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Conducting property viewings and managing the full leasing journey
• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing residents
• Handling enquiries via email, webchat and in person
• Supporting move-ins, move-outs and resident events
• Maintaining accurate records and tenancy administration
• Assisting with community inspections and ensuring high presentation standards
• Delivering a welcoming front-of-house experience
• Supporting resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution

Attributes

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, leisure, reservations or a similar customer-focused environment
• A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding targets
