About the role As a Leasehold and Homeownership Officer, you ll be the go-to expert for homeowner customers - handling a wide range of complex queries around leases, transfers, property management, and service charges. You ll play a vital role in ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and confident in their homes. This isn t a desk-bound job. You ll be out and about visiting schemes, carrying out inspections, and maintaining a visible presence in communities. You ll work closely with colleagues across Housing Services and other teams to manage mixed-tenure sites and deliver a seamless customer experience.
