About the role As a Leasehold and Homeownership Officer, you''ll be the go-to expert for our homeowner customers - handling a wide range of complex queries around leases, transfers, property management, and service charges. You''ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel supported, informed, and confident in their homes.This isn''t a desk-bound job. You''ll be out and about visiting schemes, carrying out inspections, and maintaining a visible presence in our communities.
