As a Learning Support Mentor, you will support students with additional needs to access education and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored learning support

• Work alongside teaching staff

• Support behaviour and engagement

• Assist with EHCP targets

Requirements

• Experience in SEN or education settings

• Strong communication skills

• Patient and adaptable approach
